This role involves supporting the client with daily activities, health monitoring, and ensuring their safety and comfort. Ideal candidate will have experience in senior care, long-term care, including dementia and Alzheimer's care. Responsibilities Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Support medication administration following prescribed protocols Provide specialized care for patients with dementia, Alzheimer's, or memory impairments Prepare meals tailored to dietary requirements and assist with feeding when necessary Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment Recognize and report changes in patient condition promptly to supervising healthcare professionals Qualifications Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or CNA license required Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home health preferred Ability to work independently and compassionately in patients' homes or community settings Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations This position is vital for supporting individuals in maintaining their independence and quality of life.
