Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location:

Albuquerque, NM Shifts:

Morning and Night Key Responsibilities Daily Living Support:

Assist patients with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating.

Vital Signs & Monitoring:

Measure and record temperature, pulse, blood pressure, weight, and food/fluid intake.

Patient Mobility:

Help patients safely transfer, reposition, and ambulate.

Documentation:

Document observations, care provided, and changes in patient condition accurately in facility systems.

Safety & Compliance:

Maintain a clean environment and adhere strictly to HIPAA and infection control guidelines. Qualifications & Requirements Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License. BLS.
