36 hours per week Job Description Rio Rancho Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a local contract opportunity on the night shift. This is an excellent opportunity for a CNA looking for consistent weekly hours while providing quality care to residents in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Support resident mobility, transfers, and repositioning. Monitor and record vital signs as assigned. Observe residents' conditions and report changes to the nursing team. Maintain resident comfort, dignity, safety, and independence. Follow established care plans and facility procedures. Maintain a clean and safe environment and follow infection control guidelines. Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare team members to provide quality resident care. Requirements Active CNA certification recognized in New Mexico. Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused attitude.
