- 23/hour Job Description We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility on a 10-week contract .
CNAs will provide direct patient care and support residents with their daily activities while maintaining a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and positioning. Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff. Take and record vital signs as required. Assist with meals and ensure proper nutrition and hydration. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and infection-control protocols. Provide compassionate and respectful care to residents. Requirements Active CNA certification in the applicable state. Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred. Current BLS/CPR certification preferred. Ability to work the assigned Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday schedule. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable and compassionate approach to resident care.
