HOY RECOVERY PROGRAM IS SEEKING CNA OR CMA FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE, FULL TIME

LICENSURE REQUIRED THROUGH STATE OF NM. SALARY DOE

Duties:

• Perform clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting with medical issues of Clients.
• Administer medications and vaccines as directed by healthcare providers.
• Assess Medical issues with Client Concerns.
• Assist with minor surgical procedures and wound care.
• Provide patient education on medications, procedures, and general health topics.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation. ```Experience```
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant or CNA duties.
• Experience in providing patient service and ensuring patient comfort.
• Familiarity with medical documentation practices and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Knowledge of basic life support (BLS) techniques and emergency response protocols.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in senior care settings is a plus.
• Understanding of physiology and medical terminology.

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required or CNA Licensure.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a medical assisting program preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other staff members.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
