Responsibilities include:

Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals Helping residents with transfers, positioning, and mobility Taking and recording vital signs as assigned Answering call lights and responding to resident needs Providing compassionate care to residents with dementia and other conditions Observing residents and communicating changes or concerns to the nursing team Maintaining resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality Following infection-control and safety procedures Working as part of a team to create a positive experience for our residents What We're Looking For Current Nevada CNA certification Compassionate and dependable Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to providing respectful, resident-centered care Ability to perform the physical requirements of the CNA role Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is welcomed, but we encourage qualified CNAs of all experience levels to apply Ready to Join Us? •During any given pay period when you show up for your shift, arrive on time, and take your lunch break appropriately, you are eligible for a $1/hour raise for all hours worked during that pay period.
