Provide comprehensive primary care to patients over the age of 18 in a family practice setting. Responsibilities include conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, developing treatment plans, performing minor procedures, and educating patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyle practices. Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Maintain accurate electronic health records and adhere to clinical guidelines and regulatory standards. Requirements Current, unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of practice National certification (e.g., AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) Master's degree or higher from an accredited NP or PA program Prefer 1+ years of family practice or primary care experience (new graduates may be considered) Current BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred) Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
