If LPN, this is a 1099 Position. We are seeking a dependable CNA or LPN to provide in-home care for an active adult male who is ventilator dependent. This is a great opportunity for a caregiver looking for a change from the fast-paced hospital environment: one patient, minimal charting, and a more relaxed setting.

Current need:

2-3 shifts per week, including one Friday day shift from 9 AM to 9 PM and 1-2 night shifts from 9 PM to 9 AM. Weekend and holiday availability is required. After training, your regular shift and days of the week are typically consistent, except when additional coverage is needed for time off. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ventilator, tracheostomy, and respiratory care
• Medication administration
• Gastrostomy tube care
• Bowel and bladder care
• Skin assessment and care
• Mobility support and range-of-motion exercises The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
• Current CNA or LPN license
• Strong dependability - coverage is 365 days a year/24 hours. Holidays required.
• Physical ability to turn, stretch, and reposition a 170-pound adult male; lifting is done with a lift/swing
• Ventilator experience preferred, but training is available
• Ability to communicate in English .
