We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. The RNA works under the supervision of licensed nursing staff to help residents maintain or improve their independence, mobility, and overall quality of life through restorative nursing programs. Responsibilities Assist residents with restorative programs, including ambulation, range of motion exercises, transfers, and positioning. Encourage residents to achieve their highest level of function and independence. Monitor, document, and report resident progress and changes to nursing staff. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies. Follow all safety, infection control, and resident rights guidelines. Qualifications Current CNA certification required. Restorative Nursing Assistant experience or training preferred. Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred. Strong communication skills and a passion for resident-centered care.

Pay:

$21.00 - $26.88 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
