Agency CNA - $24 to $25/hr (Weekly Pay)
Location:
Brooklyn, NY 11218 (Nursing Home facility)Weekday Pay:
$24 / hourWeekend Differential:
$25 / hourOvertime Pay:
$36 to $37.50 / hourSchedule:
7AM-3PM (Day), 3PM-11PM (Eve) & 11PM-7AM (Night) - Full-Time & Part-Time hours available! Mandatory Requirements (No Exceptions)In-Person Interview Required:
Must be able to come to the facility for a brief face-to-face meeting. Active NYS CNA License Must be able to work every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) . Certified Nursing Assistant -CNA Duties & Responsibilities:
Geriatric Care Support:
Deliver compassionate, high-quality bedside care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).Resident Personal Care:
Assist with patient bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, continuous rounding, meal assistance, and dignified personal care needs.Patient Transfers:
Safely perform mechanical lifts, positioning, turning, and ambulation transfers for long-term care and sub-acute rehab residents. Provide mobility assistance, including transferring patients to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other locations.Clinical Charting:
Monitor and record patient vitals, nutritional intake, and behavioral changes into electronic health records (EHR) systems.Floor Collaboration:
Coordinate with staff Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to maintain a seamless healthcare environment. Support nursing and medical staff in the delivery of quality patient care. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols. Build positive relationships with patients, families, and staff to foster a supportive environment. Participate in training and ongoing education to enhance skills and knowledge in patient care.Our Benefits Include:
