Job Description

Minimum Requirement:
Must have at least 24 months of CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) experience . Essential Caregiver Responsibilities Depending on the needs of the client, the Caregiver may be assigned the following essential duties and responsibilities. These responsibilities may change as the client's needs evolve: Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and transferring. Prepare meals in accordance with the client's prescribed dietary restrictions and the Balanced Care Method. Change bed linens, wash and iron laundry, and perform light housekeeping duties in the client's home, with housekeeping activities comprising no more than 20% of working time. Complete basic errands, such as grocery shopping and other client-related tasks. Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to clients. Incorporate the Balanced Care Method into daily client care by encouraging healthy and engaging activities, such as walking, visiting a local senior center, or playing board games. Provide transportation services as required. Maintain accurate and detailed records of services provided and the client's current condition. Verify on-time arrival and departure for each shift using the company's designated telephony system. Promptly notify the Care Manager or Staffing Coordinator of any significant changes in the client's condition, incidents, or other concerns that arise during a shift. Complete all required annual training and coursework as assigned. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
