ADLs:

Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, nutrition, and hygiene while maintaining their dignity and comfort.

Monitor Vital Signs:

Record temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing staff.

Mobility Support:

Help residents with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises to promote mobility and prevent falls.

Resident Monitoring:

Observe and report any changes in residents' physical or mental conditions to the healthcare team.

Personal Care:

Provide respectful and compassionate care tailored to each resident's needs.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to create a positive and nurturing environment.

Accurate Documentation:

Maintain thorough and precise records in the facility's electronic medical records (EMR) system

Qualifications:
