Position Details Job Type:
13-week temporary contract with opportunity for permanent hire
Conversion Opportunity:
Eligible for full-time employment with comprehensive benefits after successful completion of the contract
Pay:
Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
Location:
Elmhurst, Queens Current Openings All shifts available Highest priority: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM shift Weekend-only positions available (Part-Time) Ideal availability is approximately 35 hours per week for consistent scheduling
Weekday CNA Requirement:
CNAs working weekday schedules must be available to work every other weekend . Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Take and record vital signs Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Ensure residents receive compassionate, respectful, and dignified care Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies Qualifications Active CNA certification in the state of employment New CNA graduates are encouraged to apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment Benefits Upon Permanent Hire Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Retirement Plan Holiday Pay Opportunities for career advancement and continued education #LP123
