Contract Job Duties:

Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and positioning. Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff. Obtain and document vital signs and other patient care information as assigned. Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and repositioning. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment. Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection-control standards. Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to support patient care. Accurately document patient care activities as needed.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or GED New York CNA license BLS Certification Minimum 2 years of CNA experience 2 years of Previous Med/Surg experience for this assignment 2 years of EPIC experience within the past 2 years is mandatory and nonnegotiable.

Schedule:

Night Shift 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM 3x12

HC Pay:

$55.00 per hour
