Heritage Ministries is in growth mode and currently looking for a Unit Attendant to join our team! In this role you will have the unique opportunity to become a Certified Nursing Assistant with paid training. No previous experience required. In this role, you will be exposed to various positions within our communities such as dietary, housekeeping, and Certified Nursing Assistant. You will assist in providing services to residents which are non-nursing related, activity related, and meet the needs of the community. After a minimum of 30 days as a Unit Attendant, you will be evaluated based on time, attendance, and overall job performance to be considered for the paid Nurse Aide Trainee Program. Once you successfully complete our training program, you will be qualified to take the certification exam, paid for by Heritage, to become a Certified Nursing Assistant. This position is so incredibly important to the care and dignity of our residents and we are blessed to be able to provide this opportunity to those called to serve in this capacity.
