Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Nurse Aide Evaluator (Leadership Track) for a top healthcare certification client. This opportunity is ideal for an RN looking to move into management. The selected candidate will spend approximately the first six months in a structured, on-the-job training program as a Nurse Aide Evaluator, learning testing operations, compliance standards, and territory management. Upon successful completion of training, this individual will have the opportunity to transition into a leadership role overseeing Nurse Aide Evaluators across the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Queens. Once in leadership, the position is expected to be primarily remote, with occasional onsite responsibilities to support testing events, provide coverage, and assist the team as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse seeking a clear pathway from clinical work into healthcare operations leadership.
Day-to-Day:
  • Proctor written Nurse Aide/CNA examinations
  • Evaluate practical skills for Nurse Aide certification candidates
  • Monitor testing sessions of up to 8 students at a time
  • Score examinations and upload results into the testing database
  • Travel between testing locations as needed
  • Utilize internal systems and web-based platforms for documentation and reporting
  • Ensure testing standards and procedures are followed
  • Maintain exam integrity and security

  • Active RN License in NY
  • 2+ years of professional nursing experience utilizing RN license
  • Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience
  • Strong interest in transitioning into a management/leadership position
  • Ability to learn operational processes and eventually oversee a team of Nurse Aide Evaluators
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Teams, Webex, database navigation, and data entry
  • Ability to accurately document and upload candidate testing results Willingness to travel throughout NYC and New York as needed
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience
  • Experience coordinating healthcare staff or operations
  • Experience in training, quality assurance, auditing, or evaluations Prior testing, certification, or compliance-related experience
