Agency CNA - $23/hr (Weekly Pay / Every Thursday)
Location:
New Rochelle, NY (Nursing Home facility)
Base Pay:
$23/hr
Overtime Pay:
$34.50/hr
Schedule:
Day, Eve, & Night - Full-Time & Part-Time hours available! Mandatory Requirements (No Exceptions)
In-Person Interview Required:
Must be able to come to the facility for a brief face-to-face meeting. Active NYS CNA License Must be able to work every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) . Certified Nursing Assistant -
CNA Duties & Responsibilities:
Geriatric Care Support:
Deliver compassionate, high-quality bedside care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
Resident Personal Care:
Assist with patient bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, continuous rounding, meal assistance, and dignified personal care needs.
Patient Transfers:
Safely perform mechanical lifts, positioning, turning, and ambulation transfers for long-term care and sub-acute rehab residents. Provide mobility assistance, including transferring patients to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other locations.
Clinical Charting:
Monitor and record patient vitals, nutritional intake, and behavioral changes into electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Floor Collaboration:
Coordinate with staff Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to maintain a seamless healthcare environment. Support nursing and medical staff in the delivery of quality patient care. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols.
