Job Description

RCM Healthcare Services seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver high-quality direct patient care in healthcare and medical settings. In this mission-driven, collaborative environment, you will assist with activities of daily living, obtain and document vital signs, support nurses and interdisciplinary teams, and ensure patient comfort and safety. You'll build strong relationships with patients and staff while gaining experience across diverse facilities nationwide within a stable, growing healthcare staffing firm committed to integrity and excellent patient care. Responsibilities Provide hands-on patient care, including hygiene, grooming, and mobility assistance Measure, record, and report vital signs and patient observations Assist nursing staff with treatments, procedures, and transport Maintain clean, safe patient environments and follow infection control protocols Document care accurately in accordance with facility and regulatory standards Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, patients, and families Support patient comfort, dignity, and emotional well-being Follow care plans and report changes in patient condition promptly Required Skills Patient hygiene and ADL assistance Vital signs measurement and documentation Safe patient transfer and mobility techniques Infection control and standard precautions Electronic health record (EHR) documentation Basic medical terminology Observation and reporting of patient status Long-term care or acute care procedures Team communication in clinical settings Time management in high-volume units
