Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort. Monitor and record vital signs and changes in condition. Provide companionship and emotional support. Help maintain a clean and safe environment. Report observations to nurses and follow care plans closely. Maintain accurate documentation in line with facility policies. What You'll Need to

Succeed:
