Position Summary:

The CNA provides direct care to residents, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring that each resident maintains the highest level of dignity, comfort, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates. Support residents with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques and equipment. Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional conditions to nursing staff. Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for residents. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, promoting their overall well-being. Follow established care plans and communicate effectively with nursing and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications:

Current New York State CNA certification required. Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Assisted Living setting preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Schedule:

Full-Time and Part-Time positions available Day, Evening, and Night shifts

Compensation:

$25.45 per hour Shift differentials for evening and night shifts (if applicable) Benefits for
