Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA at Pine Valley, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will enable you to build strong relationships with our patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including vital sign monitoring, bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist patients with daily living activities, such as transferring, toileting, and ambulating Use our electronic medical records system to document patient care and treatments Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, families, and staff Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Provide emotional support and assistance to patients and families Participate in in-service education and training programs to stay current with industry developments and best practices
