7:00 AM•3:00 PM & 3:00 PM•11:00 PM 37.5 guaranteed hours Every other weekend required Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding Help residents with safe transfers, repositioning, and ambulation using gait belts, walkers, wheelchairs, and lifts as needed Take and record vital signs , intake/output, and resident observations accurately Assist nursing staff with specimen collection, daily weights, and basic restorative care Observe and report changes in resident condition, behavior, mobility, appetite, or skin integrity to the nurse immediately

Requirements:

1+ years experience BLS required NY license required

Must float to all units (same building) 40-bed unit Patient population:

MS, Ortho, Dementia, Memory Care EMR:
