This role oversees care planning, medication management processes, and coordination with physicians, home care, and outside providers. The Director ensures regulatory and policy compliance, supervises nursing and care teams, and promotes a resident-centered culture focused on dignity, safety, and compassion. Responsibilities include quality improvement, incident review, staff training, and collaboration with families.
