Certified Nursing Assistant Job Summary:
White Oaks Nursing and Rehab, a family-owned and operated nursing center, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the 7-3 shift to join our team. As a CNA at White Oaks, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, many of whom have complex medical needs. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding residents Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as toileting, transferring, and ambulation Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing team Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including cleaning and disinfecting patient care areas Participate in interprofessional care planning and collaboration to ensure comprehensive resident care Assist with wound care, Foley catheter care, and other medical procedures as needed Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues About the
