Full-time and part-time shifts available (7am-3pm | 3pm-11pm | 11pm-7am) Join Our Five Towns Premier Team! Five Towns Premier Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a 280-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Woodmere, New York. We are currently seeking hard-working, dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to join our Five Towns Premier team. CNAs are the heart of this building. You are the person who knows when something is off before anyone else does, and we build our care around what you see. New grads are welcome. What You'll Do Provide direct personal care to residents: bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, and toileting Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and range of motion Assist residents at mealtimes, including feeding, and record intake accurately Answer call bells promptly and respond to resident needs with patience and respect Report changes in a resident's condition, skin, appetite, or behavior to the nurse right away Document care in the electronic medical record each shift Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, safe, and clutter-free Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times Treat every resident and family member with dignity, warmth, and professionalism Requirements Current New York State Nurse Aide certification, in good standing on the NYS Nurse Aide Registry — required
