Job Description

Join our compassionate nursing team in our 57-bed skilled nursing facility. Our excellent resident-to-staff ratio allows our STNAs to spend more time with residents and provide the quality, personalized care they deserve. The STNA assists residents with daily living activities while promoting their comfort, dignity, independence, and safety.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene Helping residents with meals and documenting food and fluid intake Assisting with transfers, repositioning, walking, and mobility Answering call lights promptly and responding to residents' needs Taking and documenting vital signs as directed Reporting changes in a resident's condition to the nurse Providing companionship and emotional support Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment Following residents' care plans and facility policies Working cooperatively with nurses and other members of the care team
Qualifications:
Active Ohio STNA certification Compassionate and dependable Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to provide respectful, resident-centered care Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position We are a nonprofit, 5-star facility that has proudly served our community for more than 50 years.
