Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate In Home Caregiver to deliver personalized care to clients in their own homes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of empathy, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those they serve. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting independence through attentive and respectful care. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being. Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare professionals. Support medication management by reminding clients of medication schedules when appropriate. Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed, respecting dietary preferences or restrictions. Follow care plans accurately while maintaining dignity, respect, and confidentiality at all times. Requirements I year Prior experience in home care or related caregiving roles is mandatory. Must possess a valid drivers license and have access to a reliable vehicle for work related travel Able to pass a local and national background check as well a drug screen Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and their families. Compassionate attitude with patience, flexibility, and a genuine desire to help others. Ability to follow detailed instructions while maintaining a high standard of care.
