Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our dynamic team at alliance loving care, LLC. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient service and support our nursing staff in delivering high-quality care to patients with diverse needs, including those with developmental disabilities.Responsibilities:
Assisting with bathing, grooming and dressing Helping patients with eating and drinking Turning, positioning and transferring patients to their bed, wheelchair, etc. Monitoring patients' physical and mental condition. Providing companionship Maintaining a healthy, safe environment in the patients' homes Assisting with use of medical equipment like lift chairs, portable toilets, etc.Nursing assistants are:
Compassionate, kind and have a positive attitude Strong communicators and listeners Dedicated to quality patient care Able to bend, stand and lift, as needed Effective problem-solvers Organized and skilled in time managementRequirements:
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant.
- Experience working with patients in a hospital or Home setting.

- Strong knowledge of physiology and patient care practices.
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
