Position Summary The CNA is responsible for providing hands-on resident care / nursing support / and service in accordance with the individualized care plans, facility policies, and current state and federal guidelines. This role plays a key part in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide [clinical / dietary / supportive] services that meet residents' needs and care goals
  • Follow all care plans and physician orders accurately
  • Document services provided per policy and regulatory requirements
  • Communicate clearly with residents, families, and team members
