Duties:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
• Assist with mobility and transfers of patients
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
• Assist with feeding and maintaining proper nutrition for patients
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic medical records systems (PointClickCare)
• Assist with sterile processing of medical equipment and supplies

Skills:

• State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required
• Experience working with long term care populations and Assisted Living
• Knowledge of airway management techniques, including suctioning and oxygen administration
• Proficiency in using Durable Medical Equipment (DME) for patient care

Pay:

From $19.00 per hour
