Position Summary:
Park View Care Center is a full-service nursing facility specializing in complex care. We are committed to providing high-quality clinical and rehabilitative services in a compassionate, supportive environment designed to meet the evolving needs of our patients and residents. As an STNA at Park View, you'll provide individualized, high-quality care to our residents under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. You'll play a key role in creating a positive, home-like environment where residents feel supported, respected, and cared for.
Essential Responsibilities Include:
Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility. Provide emotional support and build trusting relationships with residents and their families. Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the Charge Nurse. Accurately take and document vital signs, intake/output, and other health indicators. Support nursing staff during treatments, procedures, and emergencies. Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-free environment. Participate in care planning and communicate relevant information to the healthcare team. Attend staff meetings, ongoing training, and assist with surveys and quality assurance activities.
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED preferred Completion of an approved nurse aide training and competency evaluation program Valid STNA certification (meeting state and federal requirements) Previous experience preferred, but not required Strong communication skills and a caring, positive attitude Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and meet physical demands of the position Must be able to speak, read, and understand English to ensure safe resident care Apply Now and be part of a team that values your skills and supports your growth!
