Practice autonomy and work/life balance , ability to choose types of cases, self-scheduling, no call, 8, 10 or 12-hr shifts, part-time or full-time. Team support and collaboration with experienced and supportive staff and local administration, full complement of medical and surgical specialties, option to practice at Findlay Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, Findlay Surgery or a combination.
