What You'll Do:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Answer call lights promptly and provide excellent customer service Take and record vital signs Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment Communicate effectively with nurses and team members Provide compassionate, dignified care to all residents

What We're Looking For:

Current STNA certification in the state of Ohio Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable attendance and positive attitude Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
