STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant)

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistant who is able to function autonomously to provide for the day-to-day needs of an elderly population. The role requires a minimum of one year of experience working within the healthcare industry, experience with geriatrics and a commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities:

Answer to the needs and requests of residents, families, and colleagues. Maintain a positive attitude. Be able to communicate with residents, families, and colleagues. Work as part of a team. Deal with residents and their families in emergency situations. Cope with difficult situations with patience and composure. Deal quickly and effectively with resident or family members' emergencies.
