We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team at Orrville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to ensure our guests' comfort and independence Provide personal care and support, including toileting, transferring, and ambulating, as needed Assist with medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and other nursing tasks under the supervision of licensed nurses Develop and maintain positive relationships with our guests, families, and interdisciplinary team members Participate in care planning and implementation, including reporting changes in a guest's condition and status Maintain accurate and timely records of care and communication About the
