We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) to join our team at Shelby Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Sidney, Ohio. Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Support medical procedures and treatments under the supervision of licensed nursing staff Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans About the
