We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team at a TRUE Assisted Living! Positions that are open are for afternoon shift 3p to 11p-FULL TIME (4 or 5 afternoons a week). We have no hoyer or sit to stand lifts. All of our residents are a one-person assist. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to patients in a home-like setting. Duties:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
• Maintain a clean and organized patient environment

Experience:

• Previous experience of at least one year in a health care setting is preferred
• Knowledge of basic medical procedures and terminology
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Compassionate and empathetic nature.
