Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team at a TRUE Assisted Living! Positions that are open are for afternoon shift 3p to 11p-FULL TIME (4 or 5 afternoons a week). We have no hoyer or sit to stand lifts. All of our residents are a one-person assist. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to patients in a home-like setting. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others and making a positive impact on their lives. Our facility is privately owned and located in the city of Green for over two decades. Longevity of our staff makes us different. We welcome you to become a part of our team.
Duties:
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
Experience:
  • Previous experience of at least one year in a health care setting is preferred
  • Knowledge of basic medical procedures and terminology
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature.
