Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration Aid residents with mobility and transfers, including walking, standing, and sitting Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, including housekeeping and laundry duties Maintain accurate records of resident care and report any changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse or Supervisor Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans Demonstrate a commitment to resident-centered care, respecting each individual's autonomy, dignity, and rights
