FULL-TIME DAY AND NIGHT SHIFT STNA

Join our winning team! We have openings for a Full-time, Day and Night Shift STNA positions. These are 12 hour shifts. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and document patient vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation. Support patients with mobility and physical therapy exercises as directed. Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient service in various settings, including long-term care and assisted living facilities.

Qualifications:
