Essential Functions:

Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and incontinence care Assist with activities of daily living, such as feeding, transferring, and ambulating Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions to the supervising nurse Maintain accurate records of resident care and services Promote a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and colleagues Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Qualifications and Skills:

Current and valid CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities Keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Familiarity with patient care policies and regulations Physical strength and stamina
