Starting Pay:
$15.50- 17/hr based on certifications and experience Shift Incentives

- We promote from within Benefits After 90 Days (Full-Time and Part-Time) Paid Time Off (PTO) Mental Health Coverage Vision and Dental Insurance Health and Life Insurance 401(k) with 4% Company Match Bonus Opportunity Uncapped $250 Referral Bonuses Refer your friends, get paid, and keep it going (Referral bonus paid once compliance is met) What You'll Need A minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience within the last 2 years OR an active CNA, STNA, MA, or ISP Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation Willingness to commute up to 25 miles from your listed address A caring heart and dependable work ethic Skills Needed At least one year of experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group home settings Knowledge of patient care procedures including vital signs, medication administration, and dementia or Alzheimer's care Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or memory-related conditions Strong observation skills and the ability to respond to changing client needs Ability to assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and ADLs Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work within home and community care standards Ready to Love Where You Work?
