Job Summary:
Alpine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team at our Xenia, Ohio location. As a State Tested Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents, in accordance with their individual care plans and as directed by your supervisors Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of our residents Possess the ability to make independent decisions and remain calm during emergency situations Possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public Be a supportive team member, contributing to and being an example of teamwork and team concept Follow oral and written instructions, possess the ability to display patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm Relate information concerning a resident's condition and complete all other tasks assigned by our facility administrator, director of nursing, nursing supervisor, or designee
Qualifications:
Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant or State Tested Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio High school diploma or equivalent required
