Full-Time Join Our Team! Our growing healthcare team is looking for a Spravato Coordinator to guide and support patients receiving Spravato® (esketamine) therapy for treatment-resistant depression. This is a rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while helping them through one of the most important parts of their mental health journey. What You'll Do As our Spravato Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring each patient's treatment experience is safe, organized, and compassionate.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate and schedule Spravato treatment appointments Welcome patients and ensure they are prepared for treatment Educate patients on the treatment process and answer questions Monitor patients throughout their observation period following treatment Administer medications as permitted within your certification and clinic protocols Maintain compliance with Spravato REMS program requirements Document treatments accurately within the EMR Maintain medication inventory and treatment supplies Work closely with providers to coordinate individualized patient care Communicate patient concerns or changes to the medical team Provide exceptional customer service and emotional support throughout each visit
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:
CNA, CMA, or MA experience is required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Compassionate with a genuine passion for helping others
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in behavioral health, psychiatry, family medicine, or a medical clinic Previous experience coordinating patient care Familiarity with Spravato (esketamine) treatment or infusion/injection therapies is a plus—but we're willing to train the right candidate! Collaboration:
Work closely with healthcare providers to develop individualized treatment plans. Communicate patient status and progress with the clinical team.

Monitoring:
Monitor patients during the treatment sessions, adhering to safety protocols. Respond to any immediate concerns or side effects that may arise.
•
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, treatment logs, and inventory of medication. Submit necessary reports for clinic management and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
•
MA/CNA/RMA
•
Experience:
Prior experience in patient care coordination, behavioral health, or medical clinic setting preferred. Familiarity with Spravato/esketamine or similar therapies is a plus.

Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
•
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.

Attributes:
