Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Provide attentive care to individuals living with dementia or cognitive changes Observe client conditions and report changes to the care team promptly Support safe transfers and ambulation using proper techniques Maintain a clean, organized, and safe home environment Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities Protect client confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards Treat every client with dignity while honoring their rights and preferences Qualifications Active CNA certification (Oklahoma) preferred; experienced caregivers encouraged to apply Experience in home care, hospice, assisted living, or skilled nursing strongly preferred Familiarity with dementia care practices Dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to safely lift and transfer clients following proper safety protocols Compensation and Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Flexible scheduling Paid training and ongoing support Opportunities for additional hours as our client base grows Mileage reimbursement where applicable Work Location Field-based role providing care in client homes throughout Tulsa and Eastern Oklahoma.
