Pay & Opportunity $16.50-$19.50 per hour based on experience, qualifications, assignment and demonstrated competency Flexible scheduling Paid training Opportunities for advancement as GraceWell grows One-on-one private-duty care in clients' homes What You'll Do Depending on the client's care plan, your qualifications and your demonstrated competency, assignments may include: Companionship and social engagement Assistance with bathing, grooming and dressing Toileting and other personal-care assistance Mobility and transfer assistance Meal preparation Light housekeeping Medication reminders Errands and other approved non-medical support Observing and reporting changes or concerns Completing required care documentation Who We're Looking For We're interested in experienced caregivers, PCAs, CNAs and HHAs who are compassionate and dependable. You don't have to be the loudest person in the room or have the longest résumé. We care about how you show up: being on time, communicating, treating clients with dignity, following the care plan, accepting coaching, and doing what you say you're going to do. CNA/HHA certification is welcomed but is not required for every GraceWell caregiver position. Assignment eligibility is based on the services required, verified qualifications, training and demonstrated competency. Applicants must be able to meet GraceWell's applicable screening, health, orientation and competency requirements before client assignment. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license/current auto insurance may be required depending on the assignment.
