Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, including meals, turning, ambulating, and hydration Help residents with personal hygiene needs Observe and report changes in resident health to supervising nurse Document food and fluid intake accurately Assist with feeding and provide nutritional supplements Maintain clean and tidy living environments, including making beds Transport residents safely within the facility Support nursing staff and follow facility policies Uphold confidentiality and compliance with federal, state, and local standards Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
