Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including vital sign monitoring, bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, toileting, and transfers Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and vital signs Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients, including maintaining a safe and organized workspace About the Role As a CNA, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients and families to provide compassionate and dignified care.
