5:45pm- 6:15am (12- hour shifts, 3 days a week) Benefits Paid time off Holiday Pay Medical, Dental, Vision, & 401 (K) Matching Yearly Bonuses Employee Assistance Fund Continuing Education & Scholarship Programs Certified Nurse Aide Training Program Mentorship Referral Bonus Retirement Bonus Advancement Opportunities The charge nurse position is responsible for: Performing a variety of duties to provide quality nursing care to residents and to coordinate total nursing care for residents Implementing specific procedures and programs Participating with the director of nursing and the ADON in establishing specific goals Determining work procedures and expediting workflow Ensuring compliance with all operating policies and procedures and Oklahoma Department of Health regulations and Federal Health Care Administration regulations Communicating with and supervising appropriate personnel Providing daily reports and other periodic reports Performing all the duties of a certified nursing assistant and CMA when required Essential Duties Have active RN or LPN Licensure for the State of Oklahoma Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation every single day Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner Must be able to work weekends & holidays Frequent lifting & moving. Must have the ability to lift, move, & transfer 50 lbs with the physical capability to perform all job-related duties. Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment Willingness to enforce health and safety standards Supportive and compassionate High School Diploma or equivalent and a Diploma from an accredited nursing school.
