Providing premium, personalized care through professional look, PPE compliance and actions Various personal care services as necessary to meet the client's or patient's needs Providing assistance with day-to-day tasks, including but not limited to feeding, meal preparation, ostomy care, ADLs, linen changes, light housekeeping, transportation to doctor and other appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the

Director of Nursing CNA or Caregiver Requirements:

Current Oregon CNA license in good standing preferred Minimum one (1) year of documented caregiver or home care assistance experience is required High school diploma or GED Certified CPR, physical, negative TB skin test or chest x-ray, food handler card Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile with proof of insurance Excellent references Access to a computer or smart phone for web-based scheduling Excellent communication skills Ability to pass background checks, DMV, and drug screen Must pass caregiver competencies Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
