•We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional patient care across various settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, and home care environments. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help improve the quality of life for our patients by assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and supporting overall health and well-being. Duties Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper documentation in medical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations Provide specialized care for patients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, including memory care techniques and behavioral health support Assist with medical procedures such as catheter care, phlebotomy preparation, aseptic techniques, and basic life support (BLS) procedures in compliance with safety standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in acute care settings like Level I Trauma Centers or Level II trauma centers, ICU units, PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit), or emergency medicine departments to deliver seamless patient service Support patients in outpatient clinics or home & community care environments by providing compassionate caregiving tailored to individual needs Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure all patient information is up-to-date within electronic systems like eClinicalWorks or Home & Community Care platforms Experience Prior experience working as a CNA in hospital medicine, medical-surgical units, or long-term care facilities such as nursing homes or assisted living communities is highly preferred Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems including Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks for documentation and patient records management Experience providing care for individuals with disabilities or developmental delays in settings such as behavioral health or sub-acute care environments Knowledge of physiology and anatomy to support accurate vital sign collection and patient assessments Hands-on experience with specialized patient populations including geriatrics, pediatrics, hospice care, infectious disease care, or trauma patients is advantageous Certification in basic life support (BLS) and familiarity with infection control practices such as aseptic technique are required to ensure safe patient interactions Ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings like urgent care clinics or hospital emergency departments while maintaining high standards of patient service Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
